While it is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, the following policy should be considered prior to changing your course registration:
Training Center Cancellation
If it is necessary for the training facility to cancel a course, for whatever reason, we will either refund your tuition in full or move you to the next available course. The option is yours.
Student Cancellation
If you need to cancel more than 7 days prior to the start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 class materials fee, or, move you to a course which better suits your schedule.
If you should need to cancel more than 48 hours prior to the course start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 class materials fee, or, reschedule you to a future class for a $25 re-booking fee.
Should you need to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the course start date, there is no refund. You can, however, reschedule to a future class for a $50 re-booking fee.
